  Get the won ton noodle soup. I can't think of another place in the greater Hartford area that serves it. Coming from the San Gabriel Valley area of Los Angeles where there are dozens of places that serve it, this version is just as good or better.
  
  I like to get the soup on the side, put some hoisin (the black sauce) into the dry noodles/meats, mix it up and enjoy while taking some slurps from the side of soup.
  
  We'll definitely be back to try the Bo Ne as well as the pho.

  Honestly is the food wasn't SO amazing this place would be getting 1 Star!
  
  At first I was not thrilled at all with this place..we ordered take out one night, walk in to get the food and realized they told us it would be "another 20 minutes"..they were busy, understandable! Walk up again and they only had half of our order done and completely forgot about the other meal! The frazzled lady rushed back to tell the staff what else we had ordered! So now an hour later we are finally walking away with the food we were told would be 10-15 minutes!!
  
  Let me tell you...I would 1000000 times over wait that hour for the food we received!! The food is completely out of this world!! The egg rolls are filled and perfectly crispy, complemented amazingly with the sauce they give! My husband got the Special dumpling soup and it was absolutely the most amazing soup I have ever had! I had the Shrimp pork and egg roll Bun Vermicelli (B6..be careful with this numbers as the Banh me & Vermicelli both use B) I am still drooling over the amazing food we had that night!
  
  We will definitely be back (possibly weekly lol) service could use work, pricing is cheap for the amount of food you get, food is so amazing!

  Their food is very good.
  I usually Always get the ban mi and summer rolls.
  On occasion I have gotten the pho.

  Authentic Vietnamese food with great owners and staff! Will be back, ordered the vermicelli with the works last time. Get that or anything else because it's all great! Seriously I've been there like 10 times and gotten something different each time.

  Been here a couple times as a local place to get some pho than the location near the airport. Off the beaten path in more of the warehouse districts of Windsor, you would never imagine that a business would survive here. When the companies nearby are not open, all these business look abandoned. I was blown away the last time I was there as the place was full sadly not because of Pho Van but because of the gym next door.
  
  As you would expect few gym members could pass up pho as there were a few people from next door that were enjoying their noodles. The layout is a little odd, the restaurant gives me a kitchen freezer vibe when you walk in. They bring around the corner where you'll find the booths, a tv and a sight of the parking lot in the back. I only come here myself after business hours but I am intrigued about what this whole area looks like "busy"
  
  We usually opt for the typical pho dishes with the noodles, pieces of meat and meatballs. My boyfriend decides to get it with egg noodles; that I would agree do taste a little bit better than the rice noodles. I've tried the vermicelli which is a nice lighter dish if you don't want to walk out with food coma. They do have some different types of banh mi but I can't bring myself to order one; maybe if I get bored with a pho dish. I would say that they do have a seafood based pho that was not that bad with shrimp, fish balls and quail eggs; a nice change up from the usual.
